Try this:

  • Seat up straight (straighten your spine)
  • Align your hips, shoulders, neck and head
  • While keeping your shoulders down, slowly circle your head from one side to the other side always bringing your chin closer to your chest (repeat 5 times)
  • Do the same movement while pulling your shoulders back (opening your chest)
  • Breathe and close your eyes. Visualize a healthy spine and a healthy body!
