Tangoflex Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30-days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested by sending an email to [email protected] and receive a return approval (note that if the product was ordered via another marketplace, please initiate return request via marketplace website)
When shipping the product back to TANGOFLEX, please include a copy of the order receipt and RMA#. Product must be returned in original condition. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return process.

Customer is responsible for shipping expenses back to TANGOFLEX. A restocking fee of 20% (approx. $5) will also apply.
Refunds
When Refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be returned to the original payment method.
