Flexibility Expert, Former Gymnast and Professional Dancer FINALLY discloses her secrets that have helped thousands of people, including Pro Athletes, fitness models and Special Operator Forces (SOF) get limber, stronger and more flexible using this new and unique approach that will Unlock Your Body’s full neuromuscular potential to a greater range of motion, increased balance and core strength.

31 million Americans have back pain,

are YOU one of them?

You may think of stretching as something performed only by runners or gymnasts. But in reality, stretching is essential in order to protect your mobility and overall health. A lot of people don’t understand that stretching has to happen on a regular basis.

When your hip muscles such as the psoas are tight, it can lead to lower back pain. Our first reaction when this happens is to take an advil and carry on, but the reality is that although the pain may go away, the root of the problem will still be there.

Improving hip flexibility and core stability as well as lengthening the back muscles by stretching can help reduce the symptoms of lower back pain

Posture influences everything, even your breathing!

Posture affects all aspects of our life. People with rounded shoulders, hunched backs, and necks that force their gaze towards the floor, generally do worse at interviews and are perceived as less attractive than their counterpart with good posture.

Depressed and stressed people do not generally walk with confidence, sit with their back straights or open shoulders. Our mood and emotions are also affected by our posture, which affects our health, which changes our breathing pattern, which changes our posture again. And so the cycle continues.

People with poor posture (rounded shoulders, tight pectoral muscles, forward heads) tend to have trouble establishing a good breathing pattern. Diaphragmatic breathing is difficult for these people and even their shallow breaths are inefficient because of the restrictions around the chest.

Did you know?

The American Council on Exercise (ACE) says “flexibility training is a vital component of a well-rounded fitness program.”

It’s not enough to build muscle and achieve aerobic fitness without working on flexibility

Posture can be improved!

A 2017 study in Osteoporosis International found that people who participated in a six-month program that included posture training and exercises designed to strengthen the spine were able to reduce kyphosis (excessive outward curvature of the spine, causing hunching of the back), compared with people who did not go through the program.

Core Strength is more important than muscular legs and arms?

When people think about the core, they picture they picture six-pack abs, but the core is made up of more than just abs, and core strength is much more important than having a toned stomach or looking good. The core is exactly that—it’s the core or center of your body. And if you build and keep those muscles healthy,  it will benefit you for the rest of your life, no six-pack required.

, The core muscles are made up of: pelvic floor muscles, transverses abdominis, multifidus, internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae and diaphragm. Minor core muscles include the latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus and trapezius.

The core muscles play a very imporrant role in your everyday activities, from getting out of bed, to, bending over to grab your purse and walking down the street, but, most importantly, they literally help you stay upright. They have a significant impact on posture and even on injury prevention. For example, back injuries are common on people with a weak core.

You need a comprehensive program for the full body!

The three components of a complete fitness program must include Flexibility, Strength and Balance as the base. They must work in tandem for a perfectly balanced body.

When you follow a comprehensive program encompassing flexibility, strength, balance, you will...

… better you posture and feel more confident.

increase blood flow through your muscles and body .

prevent injuries.

… improved balance.

… enhance sexual activity.

look and feel

increase performance in sports

… flood your mind and body with renewed energy and vigor.

What is Tangoflex?

The Tangoflex Method, created by Victoria Sarquisse, is an interdisciplinary system that works the body through the application of techniques used in gymnastics, fitness, ballet and tango. The techniques used in the Tangoflex Method are the result of over two decades of research, study, practice & teaching and are based on three foundational pillars: Strength, Balance and Flexibility that work together and are interconnected with the purpose of creating positive, powerful connections within the body and mind.

Strength focuses on core engagement and the ability to create movement through intention, initiated via neuromuscular connections.

Balance focuses on neuromotor engagement of the body, proper posture and body alignment to keep the body in equilibrium and stabilized.

Flexibility focuses on preparing the body both internally and externally to allow extensions for greater range of motion, lengthening of the muscles and fascia, thus creating a longer, leaner and powerful body.
